On-demand services include:

• On-demand lines. This service must be requested at least 60 minutes before the service departs from its starting point. If the departure is before 08:00, it must be requested before 20:00 the day before. These lines are identified with the letter E.
• On-demand stops on certain lines. This service must be requested at least 30 minutes before the service departs from its starting point.
• Space reservation on long-distance lines for people who move in wheelchairs: Interested parties are advised to request the service beforehand to guarantee space, although the buses are adapted to be accessed by individuals with reduced mobility and a spot for wheelchairs are always reserved.
• Group services: Those who wish to use these services must inform Lurraldebus one week beforehand at minimum, so that the operating company can organise the service. The group will be a maximum of 45 people, except for the services offered by the small bus or taxi, where the number of people will be lower depending on the places offered.
